In 2024/25 season NBCC’s Priya Rajendra won the Inclusion and Diversity Initiative of the Year Award for her outstanding contribution to cricket and her commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming game for all. Priya has been instrumental in supporting the integration of the Melbourne Deaf Cricket Club (MDCC) Women’s Willows team into North Balwyn Cricket Club and the Eastern Girls and Women’s Competition (EGWC).
